Plan Ahead *
All internal departments need
to know the PLAN. Planning ahead will get your mailpiece or package there
in a timely manner and at the lowest cost. Planning ahead will help
you avoid errors caused by rushing things through the system. Planning is
the most important & essential piece to the puzzle as it relates to the
final result of your customer satisfaction and business growth.
Be Cost Conscious
Compare pricing on the
Internet. Before deciding on your shipping courier, make sure of the
service that is needed for timely delivery. If you've planned ahead there
will be no reason to use the expensive methods.
Address
Properly
Use
the 4 basic rules of addressing.
