NPF, National Postal Forum
Another informative site to visit. This is the headquarters page for finding out when the next forum is taking place. You can register and pay for your forum on line. The Forum is one of the biggest & best mailing information gatherings of the year so don't miss it. 

The National Postal Forum is the "big Business party" for major mailers and shippers. It is now going to be held once per year. Go to www.npf.org for updated information about where and when the next forum will take place. Lots of exciting networking and lots of information to take home and initiate into your mailing and shipping centers.

Your company should never, NEVER send anything to a targeted audience without checking the accuracy of the addresses. Are your addresses standardized so they are accepted on the newest and greatest speedy postal machinery? Are your addresses specific to the person living at the address? HINT: You MUST have your database checked before sending if you want to acquire discounts and especially if you want to be successful when using the Postal Service. Don't blame the Postal Service for Undeliverable As Addressed Mail if you don't use the basic address clean-up software available for sale or through a vendor.
